All AP Air compressors are warranted to be free from defective materials and/or
workmanship for the period specified - from date of purchase.
COMPRESSORS 1-YEAR
*An original copy of work order showing the following steps were taken when installing
compressor must be provided before warranty will be considered.
FAILURE TO PROVIDE WORK ORDER OR FOLLOW THESE 8 STEPS WHEN INSTALLING
COMPRESSOR WILL VOID WARRANTY.
1. CHECK COMPRESSOR PRIOR TO INSTALLATION FOR AIR GAP IN CLUTCH.
2. CHECK COMPRESSOR FOR PROPER OIL AMOUNT PER OEM OR
MANUFACTURERS RECOMMENDATION.
3. MUST FLUSH A/C SYSTEM WITH PROPER FLUSH AND FLUSHING METHOD
4. MUST REPLACE FILTER DRIER OR ACCUMULATOR
5. MUST REPLACE EXPANSION VALVE OR ORIFICE TUBE
6. CHECK FOR PROPER AIRFLOW THROUGH COOLING FINS OF CONDENSER AND RADIATOR.
REPLACE IF NEEDED.
7. EVACUATE SYSTEM TO DEEP VACUUM, 29.95 In.-HG, INCHES OF VACUUM
8. CHECK FOR CORRECT GAS CHARGE
No labor or refrigerant allowance will be allowed for losses involved in the installation or reinstallation of the
compressor. During the warranty period, parts determined to be covered will be repaired or replaced
at our discretion. Approved warranties are non-refundable and will be in the form of merchandise credit or refund. All
warranties of compressors are to the original owner/purchaser only; a transfer of ownership or any 3rd party
installation will terminate the warranty. All compressors are to be installed by an authorized dealer or repair
technician. This warranty does not cover defects caused by customer neglect, incorrect application, wiring,
alteration or repairs made outside the company’s authorization.

Invented and developed by a truck driver with over 10 years experience on the road and around New York City, the Giraffe G4 is a system that addresses the overhead hazard problems that face a trucker everyday. Hazards such as unmarked and mismarked bridges, railroad trestles, roads where asphalt has been added and the signs havenʼt been adjusted, low hanging tree limbs and building awnings that arenʼt marked at all.

Using the latest in waterproof sound technology the GiraffeG4 collision alert system gives the driver a chance to measure the hazard heʼs about to pass under. If itʼs too low for the trailers height, the driver can back out and choose another route, avoiding the damage to the trailer and the object the trailer is about to hit. Even small damage to the integrity of a trailer or refrigerated trailer can cost thousands of dollars to fix, to say nothing about the traffic violations that pile up when a trailer is stuck and holding up traffic.

The driver controls the unit, with a programmable read-out in the cab. If the driver is swapping boxes throughout the day, say from a 12”6” to a 13ʼ6”, the driver adjusts the height of the new trailer during his pre trip routine, and off he goes. Core Returns ( No RMA Needed )

We will send you an Email after your purchase on where to send the core back to.  Please save this email and reply to it with your tracking number for the core return so we can insure a timely credit once it has been inspected. If you missed this email, Please email us At This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for instructions on where to send the core back to.

Core returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice.

Core must placed into the replacement parts original box and a
Copy of your invoice must be included with your core return.

No core credit will be given if the core is broken and can not be rebuilt.

No Core Credit will be given if there is No Paper work showing your invoice or order number

STANDARDS COMMON TO ALL PRODUCTS
1. In an “as removed from the engine state.”
2. Excessive rust is not acceptable.
3. No fire or physical damage.
4. Cannot have been disassembled or have missing parts.
5. Unless otherwise noted, core returned must be the same part
number as purchased; like-for-like.

Core Packaging Tips

As you are aware, cores are valuable and can be worth several hundred dollars. It is important to package them properly to protect them during transit and ensure they arrive in once piece.
• When possible use a new box constructed to withstand the weight of your shipment..
• When returning pumps it is best to re-use the original black foam packaging material, as it has been engineered to fit and protect the pump during transit.
• M-Props are one of the most commonly damaged items during transit. Valued at approximately $150, a damaged M-Prop can sometmes cost you up to 1/3 of the core value.
• When packaging pumps for return it is best to wrap the M-Prop with extra packaging material.
• The M-Prop can also be removed, wrapped up with the screws, and placed in the box separately to avoid damage.
• When returning multiple injectors cores in one shipment it is best to wrap them individually in packaging material and place them in their original box. If the original boxes are not available, wrapping the injectors in packaging material will help to avoid damage during transit.
