You hereby understand and agree that under no circumstances shall HNC be liable to any user on account of user's use or misuse of any parts or information received  from HNC. HNC disclaims all liability or responsibility for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, compensatory, punitive, and/or monetary damages, including but not limited to damages for personal injury, bodily injury, loss of profits, goodwill, usage, data or other losses of any kind.

Claims relating to this agreement or pertaining to limitation of liability shall apply to prevent recovery of monetary, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, and disciplinary damages whether such claims are based on warranty, contract, or otherwise. HNC shall not be liable for the usage or the inability for usage of the parts, service, unauthorized access to or alteration of data, statements, or conduct of any third party on the service and any other matter relating to the service.

HNC, as Seller, makes no express or implied warranties to Buyer, except the hereinabove described express warranty.  HNC disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability of these goods, or of the fitness of the same for any purpose.
