Product Warranty

Warranty: All Components covered on this website are warranted for one (1) year from date of purchase from HNC Truck Parts, LLC (hereafter "HNC"). For a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, we warrant all new parts against defective material or workmanship when such parts are used in appropriate applications. We will NOT extend this warranty to any parts where failure or damage was caused by misapplication, accident, or abuse. Unless otherwise stated, authorization from HNC is required to initiate any return for warranty.

All part warranties are reviewed by the manufacture of the part.

Returning A Part For Warranty: You will need to email us with your invoice number at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. requesting an RA for warranty.
We will send you an RA number and where to ship the part back to

•  The RA number must be on the outside of the package.

Inside the box we will need
• Your truck VIN number
• Mileage when installed and mileage when failed
• What is wrong with the part

Once we receive your defective part, a warranty claim will be submitted to the manufacture.
The manufacture will send a request for the defective part.
They will test the part and once found to be defective, they will issue us a credit for the part.
Once the credit is received from them, we will issue you a refund.

This can take up to 90 days.

If your part is not found to be defective you will not receive a credit and the part will not be returned to you unless you reply to our email within 48 hours with a payment for return shipping.

There are no other warranties other than the herein above described express warranty.  HNC, as Seller, disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability of these goods, or of the fitness of the same for any purpose.

Turbocharger Troubleshooting

Loss of power, excess smoke, high fuel consumption, overheating, high exhaust temperatures and oil leakages from the turbocharger are all symptoms that could indicate turbocharger malfunction. However, these faults are often wrongly attributed to the turbocharger because defects in other components can produce the same symptoms. The turbocharger performance can only be impaired by mechanical damage or blockage caused by dirt. This checklist provides a comprehensive list of the most common symptoms related to turbocharger failure. Product Returns

Returns: If you would like to return merchandise purchased from our company, please email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your name, invoice number, and the merchandise description you would like to return within 20 days from original invoice. There will be a 25% restocking fee.  Once and Order has  been placed and not shipped and if you wish to cancell that order after 8:30 Pm EST the same day a 6% Fee will be charged for processing.

A return authorization will be issued to you for the return of your part. Upon inspection of the merchandise received back for return in sell-able, unused condition, we will promptly credit your card.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (unless deemed to be company error). Packages will NOT be accepted without our return authorization number. If you have any questions about our return or exchange policies, please feel free to contact us.

COMPRESSOR WARRANTY POLICY
All AP Air compressors are warranted to be free from defective materials and/or workmanship for the period specified - from date of purchase.
COMPRESSORS 1-YEAR
*An original copy of work order showing the following steps were taken when installing compressor must be provided before warranty will be considered.
FAILURE TO PROVIDE WORK ORDER OR FOLLOW THESE 8 STEPS WHEN INSTALLING COMPRESSOR WILL VOID WARRANTY.

1. CHECK COMPRESSOR PRIOR TO INSTALLATION FOR AIR GAP IN CLUTCH.
2. CHECK COMPRESSOR FOR PROPER OIL AMOUNT PER OEM OR
MANUFACTURERS RECOMMENDATION.
3. MUST FLUSH A/C SYSTEM WITH PROPER FLUSH AND FLUSHING METHOD
4. MUST REPLACE FILTER DRIER OR ACCUMULATOR
5. MUST REPLACE EXPANSION VALVE OR ORIFICE TUBE
6. CHECK FOR PROPER AIRFLOW THROUGH COOLING FINS OF CONDENSER AND RADIATOR.
REPLACE IF NEEDED.
7. EVACUATE SYSTEM TO DEEP VACUUM, 29.95 In.-HG, INCHES OF VACUUM
8. CHECK FOR CORRECT GAS CHARGE
No labor or refrigerant allowance will be allowed for losses involved in the installation or re installation of the compressor. During the warranty period, parts determined to be covered will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Approved warranties are non-refundable and will be in the form of merchandise credit or refund. All warranties of compressors are to the original owner/purchaser only; a transfer of ownership or any 3rd party installation will terminate the warranty. All compressors are to be installed by an authorized dealer or repair technician. This warranty does not cover defects caused by customer neglect, incorrect application, wiring, alteration or repairs made outside the company’s authorization.
