This is Bill Myron from Farm & Home Sales in Elbow Lake, MN. I tend to only buy a few things from you guys just because of the distance and time receiving those ordered parts. I have same day delivery on many common IH parts or next day for almost everything. We are 45 min to an hour and a half from the two closest Intl dealers. Your pricing in my experience has always been fair and reasonable(sometimes excellent!). When I call over you guys remember me or the company even though we aren't a very large customer. Little experiences like that make me want to buy much more often from you. Your website is pretty easy to navigate. If I were to dream, I wish there was a more comprehensive or power user site to visit so we could look up more parts than what you have on your site now. I know you have many more parts available than sometimes searchable. All in all a great experience doing business. Five Star, Thanks
